This tool contains a Visualforce tab that shows you a listing of your hot leads with open status. The hot lead is identified as a lead that was sent a email or a mass email and the HTML email status reports that it was read at least once.
Columns Include: Email Opt-Out, clickable Lead Name, clickable Owner, clickable Email Template, date Sent, date Last Opened and Number of Times Opened.
Includes filters for Owner, Opt-Out and Start Date. Owner filter defaults to the current user.
Just install from the get it now, grant access to all users, put the "Email Hot-Lead Statuses" into the application of your choosing and you are ready to use it.
To test, create yourself as a lead in Salesforce, send your new lead an HTML email from Salesforce (normal or mass email, apply a template if you desire), open the email inside of your normal email program (Important: select to display images if prompted) and then open the "Email Hot-Lead Statuses" tab to see that you have read the email. To remove it from the list, set the Lead Status to anything other than "Open" (This action signifies that the lead has been contacted).
